The strapping machine mainly has two kinds, Automatic strapping machine and Semi-automatic machine.
The Automatic strapping machine and Semi-automatic machine adopts PP strapping as packing material. It is widely used in home appliance, food, general merchandise, medicine production, chemical industry, printing, post office and textile departments. It can work with production line and automatically finish the tension, cutting and welding; it can save manpower and improve efficiency. It is suitable for mass production of single and light product.
Technical Characters of Strapping Machine:1. It used PCB control system: Ease to maintenance and replacement.
2. High efficiency strapping speed: Only takes 1.5-2seconds for one polypropylene strap.
3. It used instant-heating systems: The machine will be in best strapping state within 5 seconds after you start the machine.
4. The machine will automatically stop and be in standby state when you don't operate it beyond 60 seconds.
5. Electromagnetic clutch and Coupled-axle transmission: High-speed, low-noise and smoothly.
6. The high and the low type can be changed by hand: If you want change the high table into low table, you just move the strap plate from the interior of the machine to the right-hand side of the machine, and replace the 4short legs and the brake lever. Reverse the above procedures, you can change the low table into high table.
7. The height of the machine can be adjusted according to the height of the operator and the working demands.

Options:
1. Mechanical tension or electronic tension is optional.
2. Outside tension arm or inside tension arm is optional.
3. Safety stop switch.
4. Our machine’s table height, voltage and the dimensions can be adjusted as per your requirements.
